ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
MFMP Transaction Fee Reports The Contractor shall submit complete monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of each month. Discounts, Rebates and Refunds Cash discounts obtained on payments made by the Construction Manager shall accrue to the Owner. Trade discounts, rebated, refunds, and amounts received from sales of surplus materials and equipment shall accrue to the Owner and the Construction Manager shall make provisions so they can be secured.
