Pricing and Payments. 5.1 Prices charged to Distributor will, unless otherwise negotiated, be in accord with Entranet’s Price List in Schedule II. Entranet reserves the right to change its Price List every year, informing the Distributor three (3) months in advance to that effect. Entranet reserves the right to change its Price List in case of force majeure or sudden raw material upward movementsbut guarantees to provide the Distributor with as much notice as possible under the circumstances.
