Pricing Changes. In the case of annual or multi-year licenses, the agreed annual Fee shall automatically increase by 7.5% at the beginning of the second term of the license and by 7.5% in each of the subsequent years based on the Fee in effect at the respective renewal date. For monthly licenses, the agreed monthly Fee shall automatically increase by 7.5% at the beginning of every 13th month of the license based on the license Fee in effect at the respective renewal date.
