Existing Features Clause Samples

It typically lists or references the specific features that are considered pre-existing and distinguishes them from any new developments or enhancements that may be added later. This clause helps clarify the baseline of what is being provided initially, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding and preventing disputes over what constitutes new work or deliverables.
