Pricing Changes. Support Services pricing is subject to change, at any time during or following the Initial Support Term, based upon deletions or addition of Equipment and Software as per condition 3. In addition, unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, Miraclon reserves the right to review the Support Fee at any time during the term of the Agreement. If, as a result of this review Customer’ price changes, then Miraclon will give Customer written notice of these changes at least 30 days before the change is implemented.
