Pricing For Interim Number Portability. Each Party shall comply with the methodology (including recordkeeping) established by the FCC or the Commission with respect to such Party's recovery in a competitively neutral manner of its costs to provide Interim Number Portability. To the extent permitted by the FCC or the Commission, such costs shall include a Party's costs to deliver calls between the other Party's Customers via Number Portability.
