Common use of PRICING OF ADJUSTMENTS Clause in Contracts

PRICING OF ADJUSTMENTS. When costs are a factor in any determination of Subcontract price adjustment pursuant to the "Changes" clause, or any other clause of this Subcontract, such costs shall be in accordance with the contract cost principles and procedures in Part 31 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR 31) in effect on the date of the Subcontract.

PRICING OF ADJUSTMENTS.
