Pricing of Unbundled Network Elements. 9.7.1 CBT shall charge CLEC the non-recurring (including any applicable connection charges) and monthly recurring rates for unbundled Network Elements (including the monthly recurring rates for those specific Network Elements, service coordination fee and Cross- Connect charges) as specified in the Pricing Schedule.
