Primary Account Designation. You may use the RDC to facilitate a deposit to any deposit account you have with us (other than those with deposit restrictions, such as certificates of deposit). The Account to which you designate a deposit shall be referred to as the “RDC Account” for the purpose of this Service Description and the deposit transaction. You authorize us to debit the RDC Account (or any other account maintained by you at the Bank) for any fees or other amounts due us in connection with the Remote Deposit Capture Services. If the RDC Account is closed for any reason, your Remote Deposit Capture Services will be stopped along with any unprocessed Remote Deposit Capture Services transfers. To reinstate your Remote Deposit Capture Services, you must designate a new RDC Account.

Primary Account Designation. Company agrees to designate one of its Accounts as the Primary Account. Company authorizes Bank to debit the Primary Account or any other account maintained by Company at Bank, in the event insufficient funds are available in the Primary Account, for any fees or other amounts due to Bank in connection with the Services. If the Primary Account is closed for any reason, Bank will charge one of Company’s other Accounts for any fees or other amounts due to Bank in connection with the Services. If Company closes its Primary Account and has no other Accounts, Company's Services will be stopped along with any unprocessed Services transfers. To reinstate its Services, Company must open a new Primary Account.

The Account to which Customer designates as the deposit account shall be referred to as the Lockbox Account for the purpose of this Lockbox Agreement. Customer authorizes Bank to debit the Lockbox Account (or any other Account maintained by Customer at Bank) for any fees or other amounts due Bank in connection with Lockbox. If the Lockbox Account is closed for any reason, Customer’s Lockbox will be stopped along with any unprocessed Lockbox deposits. To reinstate Lockbox, Customer must designate a new Lockbox Account.

  • Written Designation The Owner shall designate, in writing, a representative authorized to act on the Owner's behalf with respect to the Project. Upon the acceptance by the Plan Administrator of a new Beneficiary Designation Form, all Beneficiary designations previously filed shall be cancelled. The Plan Administrator shall be entitled to rely on the last Beneficiary Designation Form filed by the Executive and accepted by the Plan Administrator prior to the Executive’s death.

  • Deemed Resignation Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all offices and directorships, if any, then held with the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
