Payments and Deposits. 10.2.1 You can pay the full outstanding amount on the Credit Facility on or before the due date shown on the monthly account statement. Alternatively, you may defer payment of the full amount outstanding over an extended period, but you must pay at least the minimum monthly amount by the due date shown on the monthly account statement.
10.2.2 You must expressly instruct us if payments made into your straight facility are intended to be allocated to the budget facility.
10.2.3 Your payment or deposit may not reach us on the same day as you make it, due to possible delays and the time it takes to be processed. We consider your payment or deposit to have gone through only once the funds are reflecting as a credit on your Credit Card Account and/ or Credit Facility, as evidenced by our systems.
10.2.4 If a cheque is deposited into your Credit Card Account and/or Credit Facility, the proceeds of the cheque will only be available as cash when the drawer’s bank has honoured the cheque irrespective of the cheque clearance period. If the cheque proceeds are made available on your Credit Card Account and/or Credit Facility prior to the cheque being honoured, we are entitled to debit your Credit Card Account and/or Credit Facility with the amount of the cheque proceeds and any associated interest if the cheque is subsequently dishonoured by the drawer’s bank for whatever reason.
10.2.5 You may cancel or settle your Credit Facility at any time, by paying the amount you owe there under, with or without giving advance notice to us. You are obliged to ensure payment of (a) the unpaid balance of your Credit Facility; (b) the unpaid interest charges; and (c) all other fees and charges that may be due.
10.2.6 All payments we receive on the Credit Facility will be credited as applicable, first to interest, then to charges and fees, and lastly to the outstanding credit limit due and payable transaction amounts.
10.2.7 Should your Credit Facility be in arrears for thirty (30) days or more, you are not allowed to transact on your Credit Facility. You may still transact on the Credit Card Account.

11.2.2. A credit voucher will not be considered as a payment towards your outstanding amount on the Credit Card Account and/ or Credit Facility. A credit voucher is a transaction record evidencing a refund or price adjustment by a merchant to be credited to your Credit Card Account and/ or Credit Facility.
11.2.3. You must expressly instruct us on our relevant contact numbers if payments made into your straight facility are intended to be allocated to the budget facility.
11.2.4. Your payment or deposit may not reach us on the same day as you make it, due to possible delays and the time it takes to be processed. We consider your payment or deposit to have gone through only once the funds are reflecting as a credit on your Credit Card Account and/or Credit facility, as evidenced by our systems. Delays may occur for internal and external transfers or deposits.
11.2.5. You may cancel or settle your Credit facility at any time, by paying the amount you owe there under, with or without giving advance notice to us. You are obliged to ensure payment of (a) the unpaid balance of your Credit facility; (b) the unpaid interest charges; and (c) all other fees and charges that may be due.
11.2.6. All payments we receive on the Credit facility will be credited as applicable, first, to interest, then to charges and fees, and lastly to the outstanding credit limit.
11.2.7. Should your Credit facility be in arrears, your credit facility will be suspended and you will not be allowed to transact on your Credit facility. You may still make payment(s) into on the Credit Card Account.
Payments and Deposits. All Gippsland Travel booking fees and third-party supplier/s deposits are payable at time of booking. In some cases, airfares and other third-party supplier/s charges will be payable in full at time of booking. Final payment is due on or before the payment date advised as per your confirmation. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and deposit being forfeited. We accept cash, cheque, credit card and direct deposit; however, clearance of funds may require five working days to process. Payment by debit or credit card will incur an additional fee that will be advised prior to completing payment.
Payments and Deposits. No part of the materials sold under this contract may be extracted from the sale area by the buyer except in accordance with the following terms:
(a) The buyer shall remit an xxxxxxx money deposit in the amount of $ N/A (consistent with 11 AAC 71.045 or 11 AAC 71.065, and no less than $250) along with the bid for a competitive sale contract or at the time a negotiated sale buyer signs this contract. The seller will retain the deposit to cover administrative costs incurred in offering the material sale, except that if the buyer removes and pays for at least 75% of the material volume covered by this contract, the deposit may be applied, in whole or in part, to the final payment that becomes due under this contract.
(b) Additional periodic installment payments as required in paragraph 2(c) must be made for material extracted as of the date payment becomes due but may not exceed the total purchase price.
(c) Each periodic installment payment becomes due and payable on December 31 of each year without prior notice to the buyer, for the value of material extracted during the calendar year of January 1 through December 31. The installment must be based on records required in paragraph 3 of this contract and must be submitted to the seller no later than the fifth working day following the date the installment is due.
(d) An annual report is due by December 31 of each year, without prior notice to the buyer that details the volume of material removed during the calendar year of January 1 through December 31 and must be submitted to the seller no later than the fifth working day following the date the installment is due. This report shall be filed regardless of whether material was removed during the reporting period. Failure to file the report by the deadline may result in suspension of the contract and financial penalties. A final accounting and payment for material removed, and a completion statement, must be submitted no later than 30 days following contract completion, or when the contractor has completed removal under the contract, or following termination of the contract by the seller or by operation of law. Whether completion is satisfactory will be decided by the Director of the Division of Mining, Land & Water (DMLW) within 45 days after receiving the final accounting report and completion statement.
(e) If the buyer fails to make a payment provided for in this contract, the seller may, under paragraph 8(b) of this contract, order all material extraction ...
Payments and Deposits. Full Payment shall be made upon conclusion of each banquet. We do not require a deposit. Rio City Café requires payment to be made in the form of cash or credit card. A banquet reservation is not confirmed until this Contract & Banquet Policies has been signed and returned.

12.2.3 If a payment is sent to us by post, we will only be obliged to credit the Business Client control account when we receive the payment at our Card Division’s offices in Namibia. The risk of the postal payment being intercepted, lost or stolen whilst in transit to us remains the risk of the Business Client or the cardholder (as applicable depending on the payer) until the payment is received at our Card Division’s offices in Namibia.
12.2.4 If a cheque is deposited into the Business Client control or the cardholder account, the proceeds of the cheque will only be available as cleared funds when the drawer bank has honoured the cheque irrespective of the cheque clearance period. If the cheque proceeds are made available on these accounts prior to the cheque being honoured, we are entitled to debit the account with the amount of the cheque proceeds and any associated interest if the cheque is subsequently dishonoured by the drawer bank for whatever reason.

11.2.4 If a payment is sent to us by post, we will only be obliged to credit your account when we receive the payment at our Card Division's offices in Windhoek. The risk of the postal payment being intercepted, lost or stolen while in transit to us remains your risk until the payment is received at our Card Division's offices in Windhoek.
11.2.5 If a cheque is deposited into your account, the proceeds of the cheque will only be available as cash when the drawer's bank has honoured the cheque irrespective of the cheque clearance period. Payments and Deposits. 9.1. The purchasers shall regularly and punctually pay the proportionate share of the common expenses and on the dates and in the manner elsewhere contained in these presents.

The Purchase Price shall be decreased by an amount equal to the aggregate of (i) all deposits of subscribers of the System for converters, decoders, and similar items, and (ii) all payments previously paid to Seller for services to be rendered by Buyer to subscribers of the System or other third parties after the Adjustment Time. The Purchase Price shall be increased by an amount equal to the aggregate of all deposits made by Seller under utility, pole rental and other agreements that are Assumed Contracts assumed by Buyer hereunder.
