Common use of Primary Insurance Endorsement Clause in Contracts

Primary Insurance Endorsement. For any claims related to this project, the Contractor’s insurance coverage, including any excess liability policies, shall be primary insurance at least as broad as ISO CG 2001 04 13 as respects the County, the members of the Board of Supervisors of the County and the officers, agents, employees and volunteers of the County, individually and collectively. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the County, its officers, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of the Contractor’s insurance and shall not contribute with it.
