Primary Specimen Clause Samples

The Primary Specimen clause designates a specific sample or item as the main reference point for testing, analysis, or evaluation within an agreement. In practice, this clause identifies which specimen will be used to determine compliance with quality standards or performance criteria, such as a particular batch of material or a prototype product. By clearly establishing a single, authoritative specimen, the clause helps prevent disputes over which sample should be used for assessment, ensuring consistency and clarity in contractual obligations.
