Common use of PRIME CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

PRIME CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE. Prime Contractors shall refer to the requirements listed within the solicitation document and resulting contract for all City of Xxxxxx insurance requirements. Should a conflict arise between the solicitation document and the resulting contract, the requirements set forth in the actual contract shall prevail.
