In that event, the Employer does not owe the final compensation payment referred to in section 2.1. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby acknowledged that at the time of entering into this transition agreement the Employer is not aware of any facts and circumstances that could give rise to a termination for cause in the sense of section 7:677 DCC.
