Common use of Principal Business Clause in Contracts

Principal Business. Except as otherwise permitted by Section 5.03, Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to maintain as its primary business the exploration, production and development of oil, natural gas and other liquid and gaseous Hydrocarbons and the gathering, processing, transmission and marketing of Hydrocarbons and activities related or ancillary thereto.

Principal Business.
