Common use of Principal Contact Clause in Contracts

Principal Contact. The Manager may also identify, in writing to ExED, its key or principal contact, if other than the Client Administrator or the Chair, who is authorized to receive and disclose Confidential Information; as well as an alternate contact in the event the Client Administrator or Chair cannot or should not serve as the Related Client’s contact due to conflict or suspected misconduct. In the absence of such designated persons, the Client Administrator and the Chair shall have such authority.
