Principal Investigator and Provider of Healthcare. agree that all research data and results generated during the course of the Study shall be the property of Sponsor. Principal Investigator and Provider of Healthcare further agree to execute any documents or undertake any further actions if requested by Sponsor to evidence transfer of title to such data and results.
