Principal Location; Travel. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall perform the duties and responsibilities required by this Agreement at the Company Group’s offices located in Boca Raton, Florida or such other location as determined within the sole discretion of the COO, and will be required to travel to other locations, including internationally, as may be necessary to fulfill the Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.
