PRINCIPALS AND VICE-PRINCIPALS. L32.1 A teacher who is appointed to the position of principal or vice-principal and who returns to the Bargaining Unit within a period not exceeding one (1) year shall retain the seniority held at the time of leaving the Bargaining Unit. Return to the Bargaining Unit may only be through a successful application to a posted vacancy.
