PRINCIPALS AND VICE-PRINCIPALS. L30.01 If a Member is appointed to or accepts a position of Vice-Principal or Principal, the Member's seniority will be frozen as of the date of reporting to work as a Vice-Principal or Principal. The Member may only return to the Union within a two (2) year period after the date on which they accepted or were appointed to work as a Vice-Principal or Principal. The Member shall return to or enter the Union with the seniority earned at the point of time when his or her seniority was frozen. This Member shall be subject to the recall procedures of laid-off members in Article L23. L30.02 The Board agrees that no Member will be laid off solely as a result of a Vice-Principal or Principal returning to the Union.
