Printing Agreement. The Employer shall be responsible for the cost and providing of its own copies of this Agreement. The Employer and Union shall jointly proof this Agreement against the tentative Agreement ratified by the parties and approved by the Civil Service Commission and shall agree upon a cover color and format prior to final printing and distribution. The Union shall be responsible for the cost and providing of its own copies, and copies to be provided to employees in the Bargaining Unit; the Employer shall be responsible for providing copies to supervisors of such employees. Copies of this Agreement shall be available to be consulted by an employee upon request in the office of every supervisor of employees covered by this Agreement.
