Printing and Agreement Distribution. Within forty-five (45) days following the ratification and signing of this agreement by the Parties, the District shall provide five (5) hard copies of this Agreement to each building to be available for classified employees’ reference. These copies will be placed in locations easily accessible to classified employees (i.e. office, staff room, etc.). Fifteen (15) additional copies shall be provided to the Association. The cost of the printing shall be paid by the District. The Agreement shall be published on the District website within thirty (30) days of ratification.

Within forty-five (45) days following the ratification and signing of this agreement by the Parties, the District shall provide five (5) hard copies of this Agreement for each classified employee covered by this Agreement, the Association will accept the Agreement on behalf of the employees and will be responsible for distribution of a copy to each building to covered employee. A hard copy shall be available for classified employees’ reference. These copies will be placed in locations easily accessible to classified employees (i.e. office, staff room, etc.)provided once during the term of this Agreement. Fifteen (15) additional copies shall be provided to the Association. The cost of the printing shall be paid by the District. The Agreement shall be published on shared equally between the District website within thirty (30) days of ratificationand the Association.
