PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTING THIS AGREEMENT. The Employer agrees, as soon as possible following ratification of this Collective Agreement by the Parties, to have the Collective Agreement printed, to distribute one (1) copy to each member, to send thirty (30) copies to the Union office, and to make additional copies available at cost. In addition, the Collective Agreement shall be posted to the Xxxxxxx University web-site and all members shall be advised when it has been posted.

  • Printing Agreement 4.06.1 The Employer shall prepare the final form of this agreement for approval of the parties prior to printing. The Employer shall assume responsibility for printing, and distributing to all bargaining unit members and the Union, sufficient copies of the agreed upon final form of this agreement. The parties agree to share equally the costs of printing the agreement. The Employer is also responsible for ensuring that members with visual impairments have access to the collective agreement in an appropriate and accessible format.

  • Printing of Agreement The parties will mutually share the cost of printing this Agreement.

  • Amendment of this Agreement No provision of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought, and no amendment of this Agreement shall be effective until approved in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and rules and regulations thereunder and any applicable SEC exemptive order therefrom.

  • Application and Agreement a) Application to the plan is voluntary. A faculty member who wishes to be considered for an early retirement incentive shall do so in keeping with the procedures and dates described in the Employer's annual "letter of interest" sent to eligible employees. Such application would then be considered a standing application for the following twelve-month period. Applications must be submitted annually in response to the Employer's "letter of interest". The Union shall be advised in writing of all applications made by faculty members.
