Common use of PRIOR ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Subscriber warrants that no outstanding balances are owed to Atlantic Broadband from previous accounts with Atlantic Broadband. If Atlantic Broadband finds a prior account with Subscriber that has outstanding balances owed to Atlantic Broadband, then Atlantic Broadband may apply any funds received to that prior account or transfer the outstanding balance from the prior account to the new Subscriber account.
