Common use of PRIOR ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owing to Xxxxxx or VIBRANT. If VIBRANT finds a prior account with Customer with monies owed to Xxxxxx or VIBRANT, then VIBRANT may apply any funds received to that prior account. Prior accounts where money is owed to Xxxxxx or VIBRANT must be paid in full before starting broadband services.
