Common use of Prior Agreements; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreements; Amendments. This Lease (and the Exhibits and Riders attached hereto) contain all of the covenants, provisions, agreements, conditions and understandings between Landlord and Tenant concerning the Premises and any other matter covered or mentioned in this Lease, and no prior agreement or understanding, oral or written, express or implied, pertaining to the Premises or any such other matter shall be effective for any purpose. No provision of this Lease may be amended or added to except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto or their respective successors in interest.
