EXTERIOR STORAGE Sample Clauses

EXTERIOR STORAGETenant shall neither store, nor permit to be stored any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever in the parking lot or any other common area adjacent to or in the Building. Tenant may only place or store items wholly within its leased Premises.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. (a) It is strictly forbidden to store anything outside the Building, even on a temporary basis. (b) Used boxes, pallets must be kept inside the Building until collected for disposal.
EXTERIOR STORAGELessee shall neither store, nor permit to be stored any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever in the parking lot or any other common area adjacent to the Building(s) or the Premises. Lessee may only place or store items wholly within its Building.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. Except for aircraft, Lessee shall neither store nor permit to be stored, any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever, on the exterior of the building or parking lot, other than wholly within a closed building, without the prior written consent of the City of Long Beach.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. Exterior storage, either permanent or temporary, of any materials, supplies or equipment in the Common Areas is strictly prohibited. Should Tenant violate this provision of the Lease, then in such event, Landlord may, at its option, without notice to Tenant, remove said materials, supplies or equipment and place such items in storage or dispose of at a refuse facility, the cost thereof to be reimbursed by Tenant within ten (10) days from receipt of a statement from Landlord.

EXTERIOR STORAGESubject to Overlandlord’s and Sublandlord’s consents and approvals, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, Subtenant may install an exterior storage facility and/or emergency generator, provided such facility complies with all applicable legal requirements.2
EXTERIOR STORAGE. 2.1 No storage exterior to the dwelling unit is permitted except in the exterior storage unit, if available. 2.2 Any exterior storage unit shall store only exterior items: tires, water hose, lawn mower, garbage can, exterior toys, charcoal grill, etc. 2.3 Any exterior storage units shall be kept clean and organized.

EXTERIOR STORAGE. Exterior storage is subject to all required reviews, approvals and permits under the Zoning Ordinance and Code of General Ordinances. Exterior storage in Business Zoning Districts shall be screened in accordance with Section 3.12 D. of the Zoning Ordinance. All required screening shall be maintained in good repair. Exterior storage is prohibited on residentially zoned or used property.
