SIGN CRITERIA. Landlord has designed a signage system for multi-tenanted floors. This includes lobby identification and direction and hallway entry door sign designs. Refer to standard detail for further information. Landlord’s Work is described in the foregoing sections. All other items of work not included within Landlord’s Work, shall be deemed to be Tenant’s Work.
SIGN CRITERIA. Tenant agrees and covenants to comply with all of Landlord's sign criteria set forth in Exhibit F and all requirements of any applicable governmental authorities.
SIGN CRITERIA. Tenants are encouraged to have window displays, however, no signage shall be affixed to the window. Any hang-down signs, etc. shall not be less than eighteen (18) inches from the store front window of the Premises.
SIGN CRITERIA. All Sponsor and Program Signs shall comply with the following guidelines and restrictions: ● Any manufacturer, retailer, or distributor of any alcoholic beverage, including but not limited to beer, liquor, or wine stores, distributors, or manufacturers. ● Taverns, which include any place in which fermented malt beverages are sold for consumption upon said premises, except for those whose sale of alcohol beverages accounts for 50% or less of the establishment's gross receipts. ● Adult-only orientated businesses or services. ● Tobacco companies or merchants whose sale of tobacco or tobacco related products make up a significant part of its business. ● Marijuana/cannabis companies or merchants whose sale of marijuana or marijuana related products make up a significant part of its business. ● Wagering related businesses, such as casinos or on-line gambling sites. ● Firearm manufacturers or merchants whose sale of firearms or firearm related products make up 50% or more of its gross income. ● Any entity whose logo and/or business name includes any reference to the above activities for which sponsorship is not available, or any of the prohibited copy listed below. ● Any entity who would be otherwise prohibited from sponsorship in accordance with a Participating Jurisdiction’s policy or code. ● Copy that is illegal, obscene, libelous or fraudulent, or that refers to any of the above activities for which sponsorship is not available. ● Content promoting firearms. ● Political lobbying or messages of any kind. Political lobbying or messages may include, but are not limited to:
i. Any advertising that supports or opposes the election of any candidate or group of candidates for election to any federal, State, or local government office.
ii. Any advertising that supports or opposes any referendum conducted by the federal or State government, or by any local government, such as referenda on constitutional amendments, on bond issues, or on local legislation.
iii. Any advertising that features any person whose prominence is based wholly or in part upon his or her past or present activity in political affairs, or that represents or implies any such person’s approval or endorsement of the subject matter of advertising. ● Any copy or content that would be otherwise prohibited in accordance with a Participating Jurisdiction’s policy. ● Religious messaging of any kind. Religious messaging includes, but is not limited to, any advertisements that contain any direct or indirect r...
SIGN CRITERIA. Within fifteen (15) days after full Lease execution, Tenant shall submit to Landlord two (2) sets of drawings for all proposed signage. The drawings shall clearly show location of sign on storefront elevation, graphics, colors and materials. No signs of any type or description shall be erected, placed or painted in or about the Leased Premises except those signs submitted to Landlord in writing and approved by Landlord in writing, and which signs are in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and ordinances and in conformity with Landlord’s sign criteria as stated in Exhibit E (including without limitation restrictions on duration of posting of sale signs or other signs by Tenant) established for the Shopping Center. Landlord reserves the right to remove, at Tenant’s expense, all signs other than signs approved in writing by Landlord under this Section 10.13, without notice to Tenant and without liability to Tenant for any damages sustained by Tenant as a result thereof, and Tenant shall repair any damage caused by such removal. Tenant shall have thirty (30) days from the Possession Date in which to install approved signage on the building facade or Tenant shall be deemed in default.
SIGN CRITERIA. Unless Tenant and Landlord agree otherwise, Landlord will install a directional sign for Tenant in the Project. Landlord’s consent to and approval of such sign installation shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall be permitted to install a monument sign along North Txxxxx Xxxxx Road provided that (i) Tenant obtains, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, all permits and governmental consents required for the monument sign, (ii) the location and design of the proposed monument sign have been approved by Landlord, (iii) Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, contracts for the construction of the monument sign with a contractor approved by Landlord, and (iv) Tenant pays for all other costs and expenses associated with the design, installation, or use of the sign and with the removal of the sign at the termination of this Lease. Tenant shall comply with any interior signage criteria established by Landlord for the Building and all interior signage shall be approved by Landlord which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
SIGN CRITERIA. These regulations are established in order to ensure that all signs comply with County of Orange sign ordinances, and in order to maintain a continuity in appearance throughout the Lake Forest Corporate Park. Conformance with the following sign regulations will be strictly enforced:
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
(a) Each tenant shall be allowed one Identity sign.
(b) The sign shall be constructed and installed at Lessee’s expense.
(c) No electrical or audible signs shall be permitted.
(d) Except as provided herein, no advertising piacards, banners, pennants, names, insignias, trademarks, or other descriptive material shall be affixed or maintained upon the glass panes or exterior walls of the building.
(e) Placement of the sign shall be in the specific location and installation shall be by the method designated by Lessor.
(f) Lessee shall submit a sketch of Lessee’s proposed sign (including color selection and proposed location) to Lessor for approval prior to construction and installation. Lessee shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary sign permits and approvals from the County of Orange. Lessee acknowledges Lessee’s sign is also subject to the review and approval of the Lake Forest Corporate Park Management Association Architectural Review Committee.
SIGN CRITERIA. Lessee shall be permitted to attach white individual vinyl -------------- letters adjacent to its main glass entry door, similar in size, letter style and etc. to the existing building signs located at 10461 and 00000 Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx. In addition, Lessee shall be permitted to place a sign (white letters/logo on black plexiglas) on the monument sign located near the main entrance driveway to the subject building in the location designated by Lessor. All sign cost (including painting, lettering, installation and etc.) shall be at Lessee's sole expense.
SIGN CRITERIA. All Tenant signs shall be in accordance with the sign criteria attached hereto as Exhibit "E".
SIGN CRITERIA. Tenant acknowledges that the Premises are a part of an integrated Commercial Center and that control of all signs by Landlord is essential to the maintenance of uniformity, propriety and aesthetic values in said Commercial Center. Landlord may attach hereto as Exhibit D a sign criteria which, if so attached, shall be adhered to by Tenant. Nonetheless, Tenant shall not place on or about the exterior of the Premises or on the windows or doors thereof (and within 24 inches of any such window or door) any sign or other material without Landlord’s prior written approval. Tenant shall submit all exterior sign plans for Landlord’s prior approval.
