Prior Agreements and Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior agreements, either oral or written, between the parties relating to the Contracts and, except for any amendment of Schedule I, pursuant to the terms of Section 2.6, or Schedule II, pursuant to the terms of Section 7.1, may not be modified in any way unless by written agreement.
