Prior Agreements and Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior agreements, either oral or written, between the parties with respect to the Products, the solicitation of Applications and the sale and servicing of Contracts and may not be modified or amended in any way except in writing signed by both parties hereto unless expressly provided to the contrary herein.
