Common use of Prior Agreements and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreements and Amendments. This Lease contains the sole and entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all previous, written and oral negotiations and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Lease. All prior agreements, understandings, representations and/or promises made or entered into by the parties hereto are superseded by and replaced with this Lease, so that this Lease is the sole agreement between the parties. The provisions of this Lease may not be modified or amended, except by an instrument in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
