Common use of PRIOR CONCESSIONS Clause in Contracts

PRIOR CONCESSIONS. All prior concessions granted by agreement (including the January 8, 1960 Agreement between Cincinnati Transit Company and the Union concerning benefits for inactive employees) or arbitration and not similarly revoked, modified or eliminated and not conflicting with this Agreement, shall remain in force during the period of this Agreement so far as consistent with the proper schedules and operating methods. Nothing in this Section shall be construed as applying to the method of preparing schedules.
