Common use of Prior Notice of Environmental Investigation Clause in Contracts

Prior Notice of Environmental Investigation. Prior to conducting any environmental investigation of the subsurface of the Premises, the Lessee shall provide prior written notice to the Lessor. Lessee shall provide the Lessor with the results of all such investigations.
