Common use of Prior Obligations Clause in Contracts

Prior Obligations. Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employee is under no obligations to any third party which conflict or may conflict, in any way, with any of the Employee's obligations hereunder, except for actual and/or potentially conflicting obligations identified by Employee on Exhibit A attached hereto.
