Common use of Prior Obligations Clause in Contracts

Prior Obligations. Employee represents and warrants that (a) Employee has no obligation of confidence or other commitments to any previous employer or any others that conflict with this Agreement or restrict Employee's field of activities, and (b) no other agreement to which Employee is subject will conflict with, prevent, be breached by, interfere with or in any manner affect the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
