PRIOR TO USING AN AIRCRAFT OF. ANY KIND IN PERFORMING THE WORK UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, SELLER SHALL NOTIFY PGE AND OBTAIN ITS PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. If an aircraft is to be used in performing the Work under this Agreement, Aircraft Liability insurance covering fixed wing and rotorcraft aircraft whether owned, hired or non-owned.
