Priority 3 Service. If Producers have volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas available on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System from time to time in excess of the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity for such Xxxxxxx Gathering System, Producers may request, and Gatherer shall provide, to the extent available, Priority 3 Service for such volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas at rates to be agreed to by the Parties.
