Priority of Documents. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Scope of Work, the Basis of Design, the FEED Documents, or the Scope of Facilities, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved in accordance with the following order of priority, with the document having the highest priority listed first and the one with the lowest priority listed last: a. Scope of Work (Attachment A, Schedule A-1); b. Scope of Facilities; c. Basis of Design; d. Other FEED Documents (Attachment A, Schedule A-2).
