Priority of Documents. 2.1 If there is any inconsistency between any of the documents forming part of this Agreement, those documents will be interpreted in the following order of priority to the extent of the inconsistency: (a) Part A – Agreement Details; (b) Part B – General Conditions; (c) Part C – Activity Proposal; (d) any attachments to Activity Proposal; and (e) documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
