Common use of Priority of Documents Clause in Contracts

Priority of Documents. 2.1 If there is any inconsistency between any of the documents forming part of this Agreement, those documents will be interpreted in the following order of priority to the extent of the inconsistency: (a) Part A – Agreement Details; (b) Part B – General Conditions; (c) Part C – Activity Proposal; (d) any attachments to Activity Proposal; and (e) documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement.

Priority of Documents. 2.1 If there is any inconsistency between any of the documents forming part of comprising this Agreement, those documents will are to be interpreted in the following descending order of priority to the extent of the inconsistency: (a) Part A – Agreement DetailsAgreed Terms - which prevail over; (a) Schedules - which prevail over; (b) Part B – General Conditions;any attachments to a Schedule - which prevail over; and (c) Part C – Activity Proposal; (d) any attachments to Activity Proposal; and (e) documents incorporated by reference in into this Agreement, in whole or in part, by reference.

Priority of Documents. 2.1 If there is any inconsistency between any of the documents forming part of this Agreement, Agreement those documents will be interpreted in the following order of priority to the extent of the inconsistency: : the ‘Agreed terms’ of this Agreement (abeing clauses 1 through to 12); the Schedule(s) Part A – Agreement Details; (bin their order of appearance; the Annexure(s) Part B – General Conditions; (c) Part C – Activity Proposal; (d) any attachments to Activity Proposalin their order of appearance; and (e) and documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
