Common use of Prison Rape Elimination Clause in Contracts

Prison Rape Elimination. Act (PREA): Contractor agrees to comply with the national, state and local standards and requirements of Federal Public Law 108-79 dated September 4, 2003, also known as the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA), and 28 CFR Part 115, as they are applicable on the date of enactment or as they may be subsequently amended, inclusive of all ensuing standards which may be forthcoming. These requirements include but are not limited to monitoring
