PRIVACY ACT RECORDS. In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a (Public Law 93-579) and implementing DOE Regulations (10 CFR 1008), the Contractor shall maintain the following "Systems of Records" on individuals in order to accomplish the United States Department of Energy functions:

PRIVACY ACT RECORDS. In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a (Public Law 93-579) and implementing DOE Regulations (10 CFR 1008), the Contractor shall maintain the following "Systems of Records" on individuals in order to accomplish the United States Department of Energy functions: Personnel Medical Records (DOE-33) (excepting Contractor employees) Personnel Radiation Exposure Records (DOE-35) respecting Contractor Employees, DOE Employees, and Visitors to the Contract site. Employee and Visitor Access Control Records (DOE-51) The parenthetical Department of Energy number designations for each system of records refers to the official "System of Records" number published by the United States Department of Energy in the Federal Register pursuant to the Privacy Act. If DOE requires the Contractor to design, develop, or maintain additional systems of Government-owned records on individuals to accomplish an agency function in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and 10 CFR 1008, the Contracting Officer, or designee, shall so notify the Contractor, in writing, and such Privacy Act system shall be deemed added to the above list whether incorporated by formal contract modification or not. The Parties shall mutually agree to a schedule for implementation of the Privacy Act with respect to each such system.
PRIVACY ACT RECORDS. Debt Check may include records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act). Disclosure of Debt Check information to the Lending Agency and the lenders described above is authorized by the Privacy Act and the Privacy Act notice published by FMS (65 Fed. Reg. 56612-14, Sept. 19, 2000).
PRIVACY ACT RECORDS. The Contractor shall not release records subject to the Pri- vacy Act except by the direction of the DOT, regardless of whether DOT or the Contractor maintains the records.

  • Privacy Act Notice Section 6109 of the Internal Revenue Code requires you to provide your correct TIN to persons (including federal agencies) who are required to file information returns with the IRS to report interest, dividends, or certain other income paid to you; mortgage interest you paid; the acquisition or abandonment of secured property; the cancellation of debt; or contributions you made to an XXX, Xxxxxx MSA, or HSA. You must provide your TIN whether or not you are required to file a tax return. Under section 3406, payers must generally withhold a percentage of taxable interest, dividend, and certain other payments to a payee who does not give a TIN to the payer. Certain penalties may also apply for providing false or fraudulent information.

  • Privacy Act If performance involves design, development or operation of a system of records on individuals, this Agreement incorporates by reference FAR 52.224-1 Privacy Act Notification (Apr 1984) and FAR 52.224-2 Privacy Act (Apr 1984).

Should subcontractors be engaged under this agreement, they are required to adhere to its terms and conditions.

  • Confidential Information State Records Grantee shall comply with the provisions of this §10 if it becomes privy to confidential information in connection with its performance hereunder. Confidential information, includes, but is not necessarily limited to, state records, personnel records, and information concerning individuals.
