Contractor Employees means all persons employed by the Contractor together with the Contractor’s servants, agents, Contractors and sub-contractors used in the performance of its obligations under the Order and this Agreement; ‘Council’ means Wiltshire Council acting as the host authority of Public Health Wiltshire;
