Contractor Employees definition

Contractor Employees means employees and subcontractors of a VTrans contractor.
Contractor Employees means employees of the Contractor, including, but not limited to the Contractor’s directors, members, officers, third parties, contractors, sub-contractors and other persons who have a contractual relationship (in writing or otherwise) with the Contractor entrusted with the duty to deliver or render services in relation to the delivery of the Products on behalf of the Contractor;
Contractor Employees or ‘Pharmacy Employees’ means all persons employed by the Contractor together with the Contractor’s servants, agents, Contractors and sub-contractors used in the performance of its obligations under the Order and this Agreement;

More Definitions of Contractor Employees

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees who may be affected by a change referred to in subclause (1).

  • Public safety employee means a public employee who is employed as one of the following:

  • Service employee, means any person engaged in the performance of this contract other than any person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity, as these terms are defined in Part 541 of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, as revised. It includes all such persons regardless of any contractual relationship that may be alleged to exist between a Contractor or subcontractor and such persons.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Employees Stock Option” means the option given to the directors, officers or employees of a company or of its holding company or subsidiary company or companies, if any, which gives such directors, officers or employees, the benefit or right to purchase, or to subscribe for, the shares of the company at a future date at a pre-determined price.

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.
