Each party’s performance hereunder will be in compliance with such party’s privacy policy and all applicable privacy laws (including without limitation, as applicable, United States, Canada and European Economic Area), rules and regulations. Our Security Measures will include, but will not be limited to, measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to or, disclosure of Customer Content (other than by you or your Authorized Users).
