Common use of Privacy Obligations Clause in Contracts

Privacy Obligations. Without limiting clause 8.1, GreenOrbit must: (1) only use the Personal Information for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement; (2) not disclose any Personal Information to any other person (other than to GreenOrbit’s own personnel and subcontractors, for the purpose of performing its obligation under this Agreement) unless required by law; and (3) protect the Personal Information in accordance with clause 9.3.
