Common use of Privacy Representative Clause in Contracts

Privacy Representative. Upon execution of the Agreement, the Service Provider will appoint a Privacy Representative and such person will have sufficient authority to make decisions and execute documents on behalf of the Service Provider as may be required from time to time for the administration of this Schedule. The Service Provider shall promptly provide the HO of the name of its Privacy Representative and shall notify the HO of any change of its Privacy Representative.
