PRIVACY, SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY. Privacy 5.1 The Contractor must comply with the Privacy Protection Schedule attached as Schedule E. Security 5.2 The Contractor must: (a) make reasonable security arrangements to protect the Material from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration or disposal; and (b) comply with the Security Schedule attached as Schedule G.
