Private Lessons. Private lessons may be undertaken for a maximum of four units per year or up to 12 units in a staff member’s career to develop skill or knowledge that is directly applicable to the staff member’s work. Each unit of credit requires fifteen hours of actual instruction time.
Private Lessons. Xxxxxx agrees to offer private golfing lessons through the term of the Contract, unless and until Lessee provides at least forty (40) hours of private golfing lessons during the term of the Contract. Nothing in this provision is intended to prevent Lessee from providing more than forty (40) hours of private golfing lessons during the term of the Contract. Lessee shall charge a reasonable rate for private golfing lessons that is competitive with the rates for similar services charged in the surrounding area but that is also not cost-prohibitive for golf course patrons. Before offering and providing private golfing lessons as required by this provision, Lessee shall first submit to the City a proposed rate for private golfing lessons and obtain written approval from the City of that rate.

Private Lessons. All instructors operate as independent contractors and any private lessons conducted in our space are considered separate from Maitland Harmony Yoga, LLC. Maitland Harmony Yoga, LLC will not be responsible for any injury, illness or damage to their person or property in the course of these private lessons. Payment is made directly to instructors in the terms they present. Maitland Harmony Yoga is not responsible for refunds, payments, scheduling or any other details related to a private lesson. Classes are not transferrable to private lessons. PANDEMIC PROTOCOL FOR MEMBERSHIP In the event of county, state or federal restrictions on being in public for 2 weeks or more due to a pandemic, Maitland Harmony Yoga will transfer any memberships into unlimited online memberships. There will be no penalties to resume normal membership after the policies or laws have been lifted for normal public interaction.
Private Lessons. In the event of cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged if this is done in writing or by telephone by 8 p.m. on the evening before the scheduled start of the course. If a cancellation is made by telephone by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the course, 50% of the paid participation fee will be refunded. No refund will be given for later cancellations. In the event of illness or injury, course fees will only be reimbursed upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor
Private Lessons. Private lessons are scheduled in one hour increments. Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson to avoid the $75 cancellation/no show fee.
Private Lessons. Private lessons are not included in the program, but opportunities may become available for selected students to receive private lessons from other partners.
Private Lessons. 4.2.1. If the student wishes to reschedule either/both day or/and time of the lesson, they are required to notice BBI College Japanese Language School at least one week before the lesson starts.
4.2.2. There are no classes on NSW public holidays. Rescheduled classes will be discussed between the student, the teacher and the administrator.
4.2.3. All of these rules apply to any student enrolled in private lessons. This includes students who are purchasing their lessons as part of HSC 10 week bundle or catch-up lessons. Once a lesson is booked, this is considered to be enrolment in the lesson.
Private Lessons. A PRIVILEGE of being x Xx. Coach is the opportunity to teach private lessons….One lesson per regular practice day, based on availability & need. All private lessons must be scheduled through the Head Coach. ONLY the Head Coach will collect the appropriate fees and distribute to the appropriate Jr. Coach. Private lessons will not begin until 11:15 am in order to allow for clean-up duties after practice. Each lesson must conclude by 11:45 am so that the pool may open by noon. NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL non-WEGC members must leave the pool by noon.
Private Lessons. Advanced private lessons in the teaching field of the applicant given by a maestro will be accounted one (1) semester hour of credit for each fifteen (15) hours of such lessons when appropriate veri- fication is submitted.
