Common use of Private Pay Individual Clause in Contracts

Private Pay Individual. a person who: a) Is a member of a PACE organization’s target population; and b) Meets the non-financial conditions for eligibility and enrollment; and c) Either: Does not qualify financially for Medicaid ; or Does qualify financially for Medicaid , but who is not entitled to receive the benefit immediately and is on a waiting list; and d) Would like to pay the PACE premium for services and supports.
