Private Practice Generally. The private practice arrangements prescribed in Clause 28. Private Practice Arrangement A applies to all practitioners employed as Health Service Medical Practitioners and above unless the practitioner elected, prior to the commencement of the industrial agreement replaced by the Replaced Industrial Agreement, to remain on Arrangement B.
