PRIVATE SECTOR ACTIVITIES. The Parties agree to promote the active participation of the private sector in the fulfilment of the objectives of this Agreement. To that end, they will consider the possibility of establishing a Colombia-Caribbean Business Council to analyse trade and investment opportunities, supply business information and organise business exchanges.
